 Example1: You chose small house in rural area:

You choose to have one person company called "Your company..."

The price of the house is            15 000Euro.
Our comission is: 3% of 15 000Euro =    450Euro
The tax for establishing the company is:500Euro
Government taxes and notary deeds -2%   300Euro
Bank account                           1800Euro (bank account for one person company - You will take these money back when the company is ready)


Example2: You choose to buy house close to the sea for 60 000Euro

You choose to have shared company(with your wife for example) called "Your company..."

The price of the house is:                          60000Euro
Our comission is: 3% of 60000 =        1800Euro
The tax for the company        =        500Euro
Government taxes and notary deeds -2%  1200Euro
Bank account                           2600Euro (bank account for shared company - You will take these money back when the company is ready)

     INFORMATION "HOW TO BECOME BULGARIAN RESIDENT"

     To be  Bulgarian resident means all rights of Bulgarian citizen except the right of voting. You will have possibility ti visit and leave Bulgaria when you wish without visas. For a permanent resedence five years spend in Bulgaria under the long-term stay conditions are enough.
     Each year is issued a long-term stay permit. It is valid for 1 year. After these 5 years foreigners can ask for permanent residence. For long term permit during the first year you have to present the folowing documents:
   - a valid D-type visa(you can apply for it in any Bulgarian embassy
   - a proof of national insurance or social security in the country of residence(this document can be obtained from your local national insurance office)
   - personal bank account deposit in Bulgaria
